Rates for annual contracts, (unmentioned) language combinations and activities for interpreters are provided at request.
Different rates apply for quite specialised texts in the field of technology, or health care due to their complexity that is above average.
The number of words is calculated on a subsequent costing basis. This means that the number of words in the target language is calculated x the word rate.
For all assignments there is a minimum rate of ? 30.00 per language (with the exception of certain languages). For rush jobs (delivery within 24 hours) and assignments that have to be processed over the weekend (i.e. submitted on Friday, delivered on Monday) a 25% surcharge applies. For certified translations a 20% surcharge applies.
All the mentioned rates are excluding 19% vat and shipment and material costs.
All our deliveries are handled with the utmost care with reference to our general conditions of delivery. Our general conditions are filed with the Leeuwarden Chamber of Commerce under number 01081021. If you grant The Company an order then you agree with our general conditions. At request, the general conditions may be sent to you by mail.
